By accessing or using the A3 Alpha Intelligence website, portals, questionnaires, downloadable materials, or related services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to the following Terms of Service.
Informational Purposes Only
A3 Alpha Intelligence is a software and information platform designed to facilitate due diligence workflows, manager discovery, operational transparency, and connectivity within the managed futures and alternative investment industry.
The Platform is provided solely for informational, operational, and due diligence purposes and does not provide investment advice, recommendations, or endorsements of any manager, strategy, or investment opportunity.
Due Diligence & ODD Framework
A3 Alpha Intelligence facilitates the collection, organization, and presentation of due diligence and operational due diligence (“ODD”) information relating to participating CTAs and service providers.
Such information may include, but is not limited to:
- Manager-provided documentation (e.g., DDQs, policies, procedures)
- Operational and infrastructure data
- Service provider disclosures
- Risk, performance, and strategy-related information
- Third-party or independently sourced materials, where available
While A3 may apply standardized frameworks, review processes, or analytical tools to organize and present this information, A3 does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or ongoing validity of any data.
No Advisory Relationship
A3 Alpha Intelligence is not a registered investment adviser, commodity trading advisor, broker-dealer, or futures commission merchant.
Nothing contained on the Platform constitutes:
- investment advice,
- a solicitation,
- an offer to buy or sell securities or futures contracts,
- legal or tax advice, or
- a recommendation regarding any investment strategy or manager.
A3 enables investors to operate with an institutional-grade diligence framework in a single platform—reducing the need for duplicative external processes..
Users may voluntarily submit questionnaires, documents, diligence materials, and other information through the Platform.
By submitting information, users represent that such information is accurate to the best of their knowledge and that they have authority to provide such materials.
A3 Alpha Intelligence may utilize submitted materials for onboarding, diligence, operational, and platform-related purposes.
Confidentiality
A3 Alpha Intelligence endeavors to maintain submitted information in a confidential and secure manner. However, users acknowledge that electronic communications and transmissions cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Certain materials or workflows may require execution of additional confidentiality agreements or mutual non-disclosure agreements.
Intellectual Property
All content, branding, workflows, scoring methodologies, graphics, text, and materials on the Platform are the property of A3 Alpha Intelligence and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
A3 Alpha Intelligence shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of, or reliance upon, the Platform or any information contained therein.
All use of the Platform is at the user’s own risk.
Modifications
A3 Alpha Intelligence reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
